Show an online portfolio of recent UI and UX work
Work closely with a cross-functional team that includes engineers, product managers to create simple, easy to use applications.
Brainstorm, research, wireframe, design and refine user experiences – all within specified project requirements and deadlines.
Architect and perform usability sessions with key stakeholders and customers to get feedback.
Deliverables include wireframes, workflow diagrams, interactive mockups and prototypes

Develop Web Applications in PHP5, MySQL, Zend Framework and Cake PHP.
Develop Front end pages with HTML5, CSS, JQuery & Ajax.
Develop Database design SQL Queries, Data Layer etc with MySQL.
Working knowledge of MVC and Object Oriented Programming.
Develop Websites using CMS such as Drupal, Joomla, WordPress, Kohana etc.
Integrate Systems with Web Services. Integrate Social Networks such as Facebook open graph API.
Perform version control and Fix Bugs.
Deploy and configure applications on Cloud servers (Amazon AWS).
Perform unit testing on forms, reports, interfaces, etc.
Perform Peer review testing of peers/juniors.
Knowledge of HTML5 Phonegap Mobile Framework would be of added advantage

Prior hands on experience in Mobile applications and framework/environment is essential.
Nice to have experience of Web development.
Education in Project Management, Computers Science Engineering or Equivalent.
