What is the minimum qualification required to apply at Elan?

You need to be BCS/MCS/BE/MCA, or equivalent, to be a software professional at Elan. We also give preference to candidates who have undertaken Post Graduation Diploma courses like CDAC and other CDAC equivalent courses.

What is the recruitment process at Elan?

Less than 3 years experience: Written test on: General Aptitude,Technical Test (Skill-set specific) & Practical Test (Skill-set specific)
3 to 5 years experience: General Aptitude & Technical test (Skill-set specific)

Your school/college grades and performance in our written tests are the primary factor in further processing of your candidature. Successful candidates are then put through a technical interview.

5+ years of relevant experience: Direct technical interview - 2 rounds

All those who clear technical interviews are forwarded for HR interview.
